A Training Course titled "Crisis Management" Print E-mail

The National Transport Authority (NTA) organized a training course under the title of "Crisis Management" among the training plan approved by the NTA aiming at rehabilitating and training of the different categories of employees in the NTA, including leadership, supervisory, executive, and planning categories. The course was held during the period from 24th to 26th of January 2010 at the Park Rotana hotel.

The course was attended by a number of employees, and tackled some topics, the most important of which was the definition of crisis, its sources, means of prevention, methods of crisis management, and how to deal with and confront crisis.

The course featured a distinguished and effective style which adopted the verbal teaching method, games, films, and daily case studies in work. These new methods and principles introduced to the employees a big deal of knowledge and experience in terms of effectiveness, more incentive for vitality, and new perspective on their functional work.
The course was delivered by the training expert Ms. Abeer Onsi, and was concluded by awarding Participation Certificates to the employees.
